Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Cancel Pro at any time from Settings or the billing portal. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and keeps Pro through the paid period.

Monthly
Monthly payments are non-refundable once the cycle begins. After cancellation, Pro continues through the paid month and does not renew.

Annual
Request a full refund within 14 days of the initial annual purchase if you made no watermark-free PDF export during that period.
After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable; cancellation prevents renewal and Pro continues through the annual period.

Renewals and failed payments
Processed renewals are not refunded unless mandatory consumer law requires it. After a failed payment, Pro continues only while the provider reports paid access.
Update the payment method in the billing portal to resolve a failure.

After Pro
The account moves to Free. Existing documents and assets remain while Free creation, storage, widgets, and export limits apply.
Download .ppry copies before the period ends if you want independent editable backups. Reactivating Pro restores paid rights over retained content.

How to request
Send support the account email, order or invoice reference, and a short reason. Approved refunds return to the original method; timing depends on Polar and the financial institution.
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights in your country.
