Pappery Free
Includes 1 cloud document, 5 recent versions, up to 20 personal templates, custom fonts, standard widgets, and watermarked PDF export.
Each asset may be up to 10 MB; the account has 250 MB for assets and 64 MB for snapshots.

Pappery Pro
Includes up to 1,000 documents, 100 recent versions per document, 500 personal templates, Pro widgets, personal themes, and watermark-free PDFs.
Each asset may be up to 50 MB; the account has 10 GB for assets and 2 GB for snapshots.

Billing and renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the chosen interval until canceled. Price, tax, and the next date appear before payment and in the billing portal.
When Pro ends, the account moves to Free. Existing documents and assets stay in place while Free creation, storage, and export limits apply.

What is not being sold
No card is required for Free. Pappery does not sell team workspaces, SSO, multi-user collaboration, or AI features.
Editable .ppry backups can be downloaded while you have access to the document.
