Themes and styles
Pro personal themes group colors, typography, text styles, shapes, assets, and layouts. Apply them selectively and review the result before saving.
Styles keep headings, body text, and graphic elements consistent across pages.

Private assets
Uploaded images and fonts belong to your account. Reuse them in other documents without another upload while they remain within quota.
Storage controls show limits and reject uploads that would exceed the plan.

.ppry backups
Download any document as a .ppry file to keep an editable copy, then import it again when the account has available space.
A local copy is also sensible before major changes or the end of a Pro period.
