What it checks
The signal confirms that the API process responds and essential dependencies are ready. The public response omits configuration details and internal errors.
A successful response does not prove that every operation, external provider, or regional path is interruption-free.

What it does not publish
We do not show historical percentages, latency, contractual commitments, or an incident timeline because Pappery does not yet operate a public incident service with that evidence.
When verifiable history exists, it will be published with its methodology.

If an action fails
Record UTC time, the exact page or action, the visible message, and whether the issue affects saving, export, assets, sign-in, or billing.
Do not include passwords, MFA codes, tokens, full card data, or unnecessary sensitive content.
